Even though it's snowing outside today, it's still March - and that means spring is right around the corner. It's been a particularly harsh winter (relatively speaking, of course - I'm sure the people in Fairbanks would disagree with me), and I'm ready for warmer days, more sunshine and blooming plants. Here are a few things to get you in the mood for spring:
1. Tan in a tubeIf beach weekends are in your future, get a little color beforehand with Jergens tan in a tube. I've tried just about every self-tanner, and this one is the best. It still smells a tad funky, but I guess it's the lesser of all the evils.
2. Moving your walks from the treadmill to the road
With the first sign of warm weather, I'm hitting up the sports store for some Reebok EasyTones. You basically walk on little stability balls that make the muscles in your lower appendages work that much harder. So we'll see if they actually DO build a "better butt and legs." The real challenge will be walking Molly without falling over though.
3. Spring jewelrySome jewelry is best left in the closet during the winter. But it's almost time to pull out those fun baubles that go perfectly with your cutest skirts. A great site with really affordable, uber trendy jewelry is Shop4Sparkles. Or, you can buy the newest addition to my Etsy store. I'm planning on making lots more of these.
I'm definitely ready for spring. How 'bout you?
